Class on Thursday 15th March will take place at Brantano Store, Bath Road, Slough. Class will be free but donations for charity will be accepted on the night.

Our Zumba® classes in Burnham run on a Thursday and Friday night. Please feel free to turn up on the night. No partner is required!

The Zumba® program is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements. A Zumba® class, known as a ZUMBA Fitness Party™, combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

The classes involve simple to learn routines that you can master throughout the class. Each song is choreographed so that courses and verses repeat the same moves throughout a song, making learning the routines an intuitive affair.

Don't worry if you don't pick up all the steps first time around, it normally takes a few weeks to get settled and we all have to start somewhere!

Classes cost £5 per person or £45 if you sign up for 10 sessions (valid for 3 months).

Thursday 6.10-6.55pm or Friday 6.30-7.15pm Zumba® Dance Fitness Class (please arrive at least 5mins early)
